Gearbox Software announces first batch of hardware upgrades for Borderlands 2 console
Gearbox software announced the first batch to come with the console version of its upcoming sequel Borderlands 2, which was released earlier this year.
The first batch, which will come with Borderlands 2’s launch day DLC, is available in North America on Gearbox’s website.
Gearbox says it expects to have more hardware available in April.
The company also says that its next batch of preorders for the console are on pace to ship next week.
Gearbox said in a blog post on Friday that the new batch will include the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of the game, as well as a number of other hardware upgrades.
GearBox said it expects Borderlands 2 to sell more than 20 million copies.
